Don't waste your time. Useless. Inept. Doesn't listen to his clients, but plays you along telling you what you want to hear. Then when those pretrial meetings come, you're never invited to attend. If he's appointed to you, ask for new counsel immediately. If you're paying out of pocket, save your money. He'll even trash your case in favor of deals to acquit others.
