I called regarding a consultation for a simple unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charge and was told they do not handle cases like this. Im assuming they would not be able to charge a ridiculous amount of money so its not worth their time. The female receptionist was not very friendly either customer service is key!!

I am extremely disappointed with the services I received from the law offices of Brian J. Smith. From the outset, I felt like just another case file, not a valued client. The representation I received was inadequate, and I believe it significantly impacted the outcome of my case. The legal advice provided was, in my opinion, terrible. I was often left confused and unsure of the best course of action. Communication was poor, with calls going unreturned and texts unanswered for days. Eventually, they stopped replying all together. I felt like I was constantly chasing them for updates and information. The representation was so poor they somehow got me a harsher sentence than what the prosecutor recommended. When asked to file a motion to remedy the situation, the response given was "The judge will never go for that." They never even tried. I had to hire another attorney to finish what they started and she was successful even when they said it couldn't be done. Overall, my experience with this law firm was negative and unproductive. I would not , and I regret choosing them as my legal counsel.
