The office is extremely helpful, always there for me. I did speak to other attorneys, and West Law Office has the best plan. They gave me the most info. Mr. West was well prepared. Their questionnaire was outstanding! When we went to the trustee meeting we saw other attorneys and their cases were not well prepared, they did not have the information the trustee needed. We were well prepared and the trustee meeting went smoothly. The other cases were all missing information. They had to get back to the trustee with more information. We had it all the first time. Everything they said they would do, they did. Everything was well done, we were prepared for everything. I'm glad I chose West Law Office. Based on my interviews with other offices, West was the best. I've got a lot of experience with bankruptcy attorneys and West, being a board certified attorney, was the best, and his staff is wonderful.

Rick is very professional and really knows his practice area but he is compassionate and caring. He is easy to understand, unlike other attorneys I have dealt with in the past. The office is very responsive. He has a great helpdesk system that is top-notch - we get answers quickly and this keeps us from being panicked waiting for answers... very nice.

This place runs a bit of a scam. Came here a few years ago. I brought every document needed to file with me to that appointment ready to hand over. After paying the $200, they declined to take my documents, instead I am handed a huge binder full of legal jargon filled paperwork. A whole books worth. I'm talking like 50-70 pages worth. I spent no less than 20 hours trying to understand what it was even asking me. I kept trying to get help from the office to understand it, but they seemed rushed and kept either not answering my questions or would give me some kind of copy and pasted answer that would still leave me confused. It was incredibly frustrating. I am working with another lawyer now from the CaJacob law group and it's a night and day difference. There's no binder of paperwork and collecting my documents for them has been easy. It's also the same list of documents I had originally brought to my meeting with West Law Office. I really had everything I needed back then and they just made the process needlessly difficult. CaJacob law office answered all my questions no issue. I feel West Law Office is a scam because they intentionally make the process difficult so people pay their $200 and never are seen from again. West Law Office never followed up with me or sent me a refund for services not used. Now that I know the difference, know the care I SHOULD have gotten, I'm very upset by the way West Law Office runs their practice. It's unethical and needlessly difficult.
