Tim Van Eman handled my husband's malpractice case. Tim and his staff were awesome. He took time to explain each step that would take place. This type of case takes a great length of time. I never had to call for status!; Tim kept me up to speed every step of the way. Everyone that was involved in bringing this case together was wonderful. In 2015, I suffered significant injuries as a result of a motorcycle accident in which I was not at fault.
