I retained Nicholas Wainwright to handle an issue with a home builder and realtor due to misrepresentation. He was very responsive at first and told me I have a good case. Over time he became very unresponsive and there were instances when he didn't get back to me for months at a time. At one point he even said he would handle my case to it's conclusion for no additional charge after the experience that I had with him. I feel that he wasted more than a year of my time and, in my opinion, accomplished absolutely nothing on my behalf. I eventually told him as nicely as I could that he was fired and I would not be requiring his services any longer. Nicholas explained that he was embarrassed about the poor quality of the service he provided. I'm really embarrassed for him too. He ended up refunding 100% of the money I had paid. Bowen School of Law. Mr Wainwright is a great example of why this law school should be permanently closed down.

He worked hard and refused to accept any charges as the fact was I did not break any laws. The case was dismissed without myself having to appear in court. Thoughtful and Mr Noll kept his word! I had a former landlord that had accepted vehicle title as collateral, who took me to court, losing in court, but refused to hand over the title, attempting to collect the money he was denied in court. Mr Noll sent him a lawyer letter and had it all sorted out for me within a week. I know the gesture was small, but it was priceless to me!
