My 95 year old mother fell in November and suffered grave injuries. She was put in a nursing home for rehab but it was evident that she would not be able to go back to live in her home. She did not have her assets in any form of trust. We needed someone to guide us through the Medicaid process and set up financially for her long term care. Peace of Mind is priceless, Stop guessing Paul has helped my Family and many Family First Caregiver Families over the past seven years. My grandma had an accident and was placed in a nursing home while my mother was dying. My dad was not able to attend initial meetings with his siblings for this reason. He wanted more financial information like bank statements and that was met with eye rolls and other attitude from Stano staff. My grandma passed away recently. My father is receiving again the same attitude from the staff in getting some answers about timing of the disbursement of funds. This is a disgusting way to handle a twice grieving family. I do not recommend this firm as they appear to only want to help the clients who are POA and write the checks otherwise you are a nuisance to them. Also, pricing is very high as for the same work that my grandma was charged $10,000 could have been done for $2,500. They take advantage and don't have the service to back it up.
