He is not a good choice to represent you! I used him in an auto accident. I was not in the wrong and thought he would represent me well. He will not explain things to you and acts like you are stupid if you do not know what tortfeasor means. He talks in circles and uses legal jargon like he's trying to convince himself of something. He does not return calls, does not do what he says he will and you have to babysit him to make sure paper work is filed on time. I found him very untrustworthy even though he says "trust me" every time you talk to him. Also watch his expenses he LOVES to mail worthless paper to you and then charge you for postage, the time to send you a letter you didn't need etc.Do yourself a favor find someone else to work with. He's like the 1980's used car salesmen of attorneys. I wish I had.
