failed to communicate in any meaningful way other than to inform me of invoices due of payment. Invoiced arbitrary labor hours, for tasks I could have performed had they answered my questions AT ALL. Failed to send important court documents, claiming I was delinquent in reply only to find "IT WAS IN MISHAK's OUTBOX FOR 2 MONTHS". Best of all, they cannot balance the books on the invoices issued vs. amount paid. they don't care that they cant balance. just pay. TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY

Matt and Marc have been Amazing! Marc has been keeping in touch with me and setting up all my calls with Matt. He responds quickly to any of my emails and all my questions. They have worked with my schedule since I work until 5 every day. I couldn't as for a better contact team and for people to be willing to help.
