Do not ever use this lawyers office. My wife and infant son were almost killed by a wrong way driver who was high and on drugs. After first being let down by CPD, we mistakenly chose this office to help us. They did almost nothing and sat on the case for two years before handing it off to another lawyers office. This caused the case to sit for so long that the other parties insurance will pay out almost nothing. They have made an already frustrating and exhausting process quite literally a waste of two and a half years. Go literally anywhere else, hell KNR would look like a god send compared to the mess they've handed us. Edit: She didn't have the correct staff to even help us. She heard the injuries sustained and knew there would be large payout, but she fumbled the whole thing. She can speak of "facts" if she'd like but the fact is she did nothing for about two years and passed it off to someone else to handle her mess. The old saying is that all lawyers go to Hell, but everyone involved with this practice will be getting free ride to the bottom floor.
