One day local gas company showed up at my door wanting me to sign an agreement to allow them use our property for land easement, since this was all new to us, and I had no idea where to even start in this process, We turned to a friend for help, and was recommended Kathy Trimble. My friend spoke very highly of Kathy, saying she was very pleasant to work with, and made them feel very comfortable every step along the way. she said she would work very hard for her clients and someone she would be completely comfortable recommending to us as well. My Friend doesn't recommend people very lightly so when she does, I listen. Boy was she right. Kathy did an amazing job of helping us figure out what we needed and fought hard to take very good care of our needs. She thought of things we normally wouldn't have, and she kept us informed every step of the way. She really took her time to make sure we were happy with the work she was doing, even took time out to answer every little question we had no matter how small. If anyone ever needed legal advise. I would absolutely recommend Kathy Trimble

I would not recommend using the title company associated with this law firm (Mount Vernon Land Title Company). I bought title insurance on a property I recently purchased, then found a lien on said property (which was filed before my closing) not even two weeks after I signed paperwork. I contacted Noel and Jan and they told me that it wasn't covered by the title insurance (which I've been told by other sources should be covered.) I've been jumping through hoops with everyone that I can think of to try to forgive this unforeseen debt.

I have nothing but great things to say about Kathy Trimble and her team. She did an outstanding job for our case and always made sure I was informed about everything. Her and her team went above and beyond for us, and even though our case ended up being very complicated Kathy never gave up. I highly recommend this law firm and especially Kathy Trimble.

0 stars is actually needed! Hired said firm on or about 03/13/2024 on a tight time line, sent 7 emails, got no services hired for or reply. Go in to find out what's going on and get a sob story of him being sick and to top it off, HE LOST ALL MY EVIDENCE GIVEN TO HIM! l Got a refund but have the grueling task of putting all the evidence back together for a competent law firm!

I highly recommend Zelkowitz, Barry, and Cullers, Ltd. Kathy Trimble did an incredible job working through a solar lease and land easement on multiple properties. Kathy worked through various issues and kept me informed through every step. She took her time and made sure I got the best possible outcome. I would recommend Kathy and her team to anyone with solar leases or any other legal needs.
