In 2015 attorney Jon Saia from the law office of Saia & Piatt in Columbus Ohio. Requested and accepted my family's hard-earned $10,000 retainer to represent and to defend me in a criminal case. Here is exactly what I received and didn't receive in return for my $10,000. Which resulted in my life and my family being destroyed. Where I was just released from prison after serving an unjustified and wrongfully given ten year sentence. All because I put my trust,my faith, and my life in the hands of this attorney Jon Saia. And after I am done telling my complete story and history of events involving this attorney Jon Saia. I am going to fully and completely exercise my first amendment right. By exposing the type of legal representation that I received from this attorney Jon Saia in 2015. And I hope that everyone who has are is being represented by this attorney Jon Saia. That if they believe that they were lied to, mislead, given false promises, deceived, extorted for more attorney fees, and abandoned. That they need and should hold this attorney Jon Saia accountable. My name is Garry Wolfe, and I was represented by this attorney Jon Saia in 2015 which destroyed my life and my family. Where I experienced everything that I just mentioned above. But my complete story needs to be heard in complete and extremely accurate detail on what I experienced with this attorney. I discovered things about my case that my attorney Jon Saia never attempted to. But when I did, it was too late for any type of appeals or any kind of post conviction relief in my case. So I was forced to have to serve a wrongfully given ten year sentence. There is way too much to tell and explain. But my story will be told and provided to every news media outlet, and every social media source available. Because my life and my family meant something to me and for everything that I lost. All because of no legal defense representation or preparation in my case and how I was charged for attorney fees and how I was requested to provide more money to this attorney Jon Saia. Roughly a year or two ago I try to reach out to this attorney but I got no response to my multiple letters. So now my intentions are to expose what I experienced in 2015. Which resulted in a ten year sentence which I just completed. Where I had to file a civil lawsuit against the city of Columbus division of police and a negligent and corrupt former detective who was suspended, charged,prosecuted and sentenced in cases that were relevant to mine and what this detective did to me which I advised my attorney Jon Saia of in 2015 but my evidence and and my innocence never mattered to this attorney Jon Saia in 2015. My current civil case against the city of Columbus division of police,and former fired charged and prosecuted,and sentenced, detective Amy Welsh, and former police chief Kimberly Jacobs. My civil case number is Garry A. Wolfe v. City of Columbus division of police,etal; case #24cv4667. Look at my proposed amended complaint filed on February 26,2025 and my other motions and filed exhibits on March 8th,11th. And other filed exhibits and motions. When I am finished exposing this attorney and what I experienced and how my life and my family were destroyed. I'll end costing this attorney a whole lot more than the $10,000 that was taken from me. Just to be later abandoned by this attorney Jon Saia in 2015. I have had ten years to properly piece everything together involving the representation from this attorney Jon Saia and my case in 2015.

Jensen was the attorney we met with for an estate. His demeanor was unprofessional, cold and uninviting. He didn't explain anything, just hammered us with questions. Will not be pursing his services, and I do not recommend.

After my husband died, I had to open an extate in his name. Even before my in-office visit, Attorney Jensen brought me peace of mind. This was important to me because I had so many things happening at once. He put me in contact with Dee who is much, much more than a paralegal. She explained how they would be with me every step of the way, and they most certainly were. I was put in touch with folks who made selling the house painless, including a realtor who was so spectacular I may not have believed she had such skills had I not personally witnessed them myself. These folks are professional, thoughtful, kind, and self-sacrificing, right down to Attorney Jensen's daughter who eased my worries on more than one occasion to Tina, the Office Assistant who is such a natural, you feel as though you've known her for a long time. Many times when I called to ask a question, Tina, being familiar with the cases, provided an answer. However, when she did not have an immediate answer to your question, she quickly got an answer and informed you in a timely fashion. When you interact with a group of folks who work harmoniously and have each others backs, it allows you to work through the non-legal aspects of your suddenly changed life. Many times, money can be uncomfortable to discuss, but this was never the case with these folks. In fact, they were more than fair to me. I could go on and on about how wonderful and effective this group is, but I am sure you see the point. You simply cannot go wrong hiring this firm. I used to work for attorneys and frankly, in my humble opinion, Attorney Jensen is one of the kindest and most content attorneys I have ever interacted with.
