I will start with Erin is a brilliant and gifted attorney. Her understanding of Elder Law is impressive and you couldn't ask for someone more competent. The problem is communication. My father became very sick 5 mos ago and we needed help with to navigate the complications of Medicaid. Erin was wonderful. She listened, worked with my Mom and got the job done. The problem was after Dad passed. Mom needs an updated Will. We have been trying to get in touch with Erin nearly 3 mos. We've tried email and phone. She is the only person in her office. You have no choice but to leave a VM. She has all possible contacts and emails for things to happen. It's just crickets. We now have to go thru the process of finding someone else, restarting a relationship and hoping Mom trusts them like she did Erin. It shouldn't be this hard to get help. :(

Erin is an exceptional attorney when it came to writing my will. Erin was very considerate and patient with me as I've never created a living will. Erin was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything after after my will completed. She also did amazing work with both of my parents. Erin is highly educated, knowledge, and makes everything understandable. She is a must for elder law work, estate planning, and special needs planning. Erin was great to work with on establishing our family trust. I'm sure many attorneys know how to do the kinds of work she did with us but she was kind, responsive, helpful, and patient with us as we worked on things and made decisions. We were very worried we might feel stupid by asking lots of questions or not understand the processes we were choosing between but Erin made that not the case at all.
