Heather and her assistant were by far the best legal team I've worked with. Personable, yet to the point. They answered many (and I mean.....many) questions and calls in a timely manner, the office was clean and the legality of my situation was handled professionally and effectively. I HIGHLY recommend Heather Moseman!!!!

Long story short, I was working with a debt management service, paying bi weekly installments to pay off credit card debts until one day I received a summons in the mail saying I was being sued by one of my creditors. How could this happen? I was told by the debt management service that this would never happen, until it did. I immediately Googled The Best Debt and Bankruptcy Lawyer near me and Heather was the first one that popped up, and that's for a reason. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The last year of my life has been filled with such extreme stress and anxiety, until I spoke with Heather who put my mind at ease and has helped me to start over with a clean slate. No BS, no surprises, she's straight forward as can be and is worth every penny spent. I would recommend Heather to anyone and everyone who is in financial trouble and needs a fresh start. She's a breath of fresh air and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made in calling her the day I did!!!

I usually don't post my opinions on social media. But due to the experience I had with this law firm in 2017. I feel I need to express myself The initial cost for a simple will was astronomical ( OVER $1200 ). I had no idea that she was charging me 4 times the normal cost At the beginning is Aug 2025 I had to make a small revision to the will she Prepared. ( she was going to charge me $300 for one small change with The beneficiaryI. I did go to another very reputable Lawyer and had a NEW WILL written for 1/4 of the cost/ she charged me in 2017. Same specifications as I provided to Moseman Law Firm.

Heather is extremely unprofessional! I contacted her office and the assistant that answered the phone agreed to assist with our needs. I asked if there was anything we needed to do at that time, I was told no, to just have the other party contact the office. I was then given the information, including an email and the cost. I passed the info along to the party that needed to contact Heather. They attempted twice and I attempted again as well. Finally, she responded with, "I don't know who you are." I explained. She acted as though she had never heard of me and then said that the other party did contact her but she didn't know what it was for so she never returned their call/email. She then, told me to contact the Bar Association, that she did not have time to take the case. This was after a month of attempted correspondence with her and her office agreeing she could take the case! When I told her how unprofessional this was, she said, "we didn't have a contract." I would not recommend you use this practice!

Heather helped me with several issues. She is one of the most pleasant, laidback people I have ever met. She's an excellent lawyer, but it's her attitude which puts you immediately at ease at the same time getting things done. She never hesitates to answer questions or to walk you through what needs to be done. I highly, highly recommend her and her company! Trish
