Mark knew I had no money, and gave me a discounted rate of $500/hr. He was considerate to take into account my finances and be selective on the emails he replied to. Unfortunately we had to part ways due to finances. The last hearing he attended he was kind enough to do it for free, informed me I just wouldn't be represented but I was not able to be on that call. Fortunately I did record that call. He wrote me a $800 check to fund my pro se journey. He does a fabulous job cooperating with law enforcement, both state and federal. my ex husband was the whistleblower, and was the party with all the money everyone is after. I had the worst experience ever with Thomas marinick. He was very rude unprofessional and a procrastinator that waited 8 months and still never got the job filed. He definitely gives lawyers a bad name.

I called him and he was very rude and condescending and basically assumed because I got fired wrongfully I didn't have any money and told me to contact someone else to investigate. Ya I would pick someone else. Do not recommend
