This is the most unprofessional law firm I've ever dealt with. I've been a personal injury paralegal for over 35 years. If I ever handled a claim the way my claim was handled, I'd have been fired. I received next to NO communication from them (ONE voicemail in almost 6 months). Emails to them went unanswered. My instructions were NOT followed. I had instructed them via email that I did not want to file until I had gotten in with my various doctors to have updated medical treatment. That request was ignored & the claim filed, of which I was NOT informed. When I instructed them at one point I did not want to pursue my claim further, they filed an appeal WITHOUT MY CONSENT, of which I was NOT informed. I was given NO updates at ALL. I also received NO support & the ONE TIME I did speak to my case manager, she was absolutely dismissive of my concerns and situation. Again, they took action without my consent. The entire experience with them has been horrible. Part of the situation I'm in now is because of the incompetence of this firm. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I would never recommend Balin Law to anyone.

Let me tell you this, they are the best hands down to work with, they are honest and upfront with you, when they take your case, they mean to win and do they, their team will work there buts off to get you everything. Especially in this day and age with what's been going on in our country. Everyone is so politefull and caring they want the best outcome for you. My experience with Balin Law was nothing short of fantastic.
