I went to Lee Skidmore to update my two trusts both a living and a spendthrift trust; my durable POA, healthcare directive, will, title and other applicable documents. He reviewed my suggestions for revision and made a number of significant suggestions. After we discussed and we agreed on numerous changes, he rewrote them and sent them to me for review several weeks later. We then met and discussed the documents, made a few changes and finalized them on that second meeting. He was able to notarize them and prepare a title transfer at that time. He was professional, responsive and well prepared. He was knowledgeable of the law and provided guidance which formed the basis for finalizing the documents. I would not hesitate to utilize him to update my trusts and related documents if the need rose again.

I had started the probate process for my husband's estate, but with everything going on (I got hospitalized a week after my husband's funeral; my husband's family was uncooperative with the probate process and court orders; major, urgent house repairs; and a number of other things) I was overwhelmed and sought legal assistance with the probate proceedings. Attorney Skidmore and his staff was recommended to me and I'm glad I got their assistance. They are knowledgeable, helpful and prompt in getting the probate paperwork through the court. I feel confident in their ability to handle the legal matters and that gives me relief and peace of mind during this difficult period of time. I would recommend them to anyone else needing legal assistance.

Hopefully they're not too busy for your case, I was told to call someone else on the MetLife list because they didn't have capacity to take my case. She was nice so I gave 3 stars.

Nicole is the best!! I've spoken to multiple attorneys in the past, and they would talk over me, interrupt me, disregard any and everything I would say and overall look at me like I was stupid. Nicole has the best demeanor. She doesn't have a chip on her shoulder and is very humble. You can tell she enjoys what she does and she gets what needs to be done, done. She is very on top of things, open, honest, and will think and speak with an open mind and understand your perspective on things and give you a court/judge point of view. I couldn't have asked for a better representation.

Wants 100$ initial fee just to meet them. No thanks- I'll go somewhere that wants my business. Skidmore response indicates a "canned form" letter. Can't believe they would take their valuable time to respond.
