Would not recommend. John could not remember my name and kept calling me Adam. On top of that he did not do much to help my SSI case when the hearing came. I gave 2 stars because his office and staff are nice and helpful, however John himself did not put much effort in.

John and his wife are amazing people! When all others turned me away, they drove an hour away to take my case! 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely return should I need an attorney in the future!

Robert here is Great. Not sure why there's all the negative reviews here, as I am a repeat client now and have had nothing but respect, professionalism, and timeliness (as much as the process itself allows).

Went in for simple name change and add someone to my will. Took 3 months, after many phone calls which were unreturned, to finally complete such. I go in and pay for and was given half off price for all the negligence and upset and was told my will would be mailed out to me and still to date, never has been. Made many calls of upset not understanding why I was treated as such with never a response. I'm going in to pick it up next week myself and won't be returning for any future business. I've never been treated so disrespectful by professionals in my life. Staff should not be able to lie to clients saying they're working on it or someone will call me back and not do so. Just terrible.

John Oberholtzer did NOTHING with my LTD case, agreed to reimburse only half of my retainer after he failed to respond to ANY of the deadlines or appeals... And then advised me to withdraw my SSDI case. Which has been reviewed now by a different lawyer who has profusely apologized to me for the incompetence I've suffered at the hands of John and his law firm. Apparently, there's no reason my SSDI case shouldn't have been seen at the federal level even if I did have a grumpy judge. 2 years of my life and insurmountable trauma I've endured because I didn't have the resources to keep myself safe. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
