Medina Municipal Court

I was assisted by Peggy with Wadsworth Municipal Court Clerk's Office, in posting a surety bond for a family member. I am out of state, and she was very helpful and patient with me in explaining the details so, I could quickly complete the process. I am thankful for her courtesy and professionalism.

Don't let the detractors give this place a bad name. My experience going through the whole process was smooth an effortless. The staff was helpful and accommodating as well as professional. Magistrate Campbell is a beacon of professionalism. Both understanding and personable but also commands respect and authority. He quickly earned my respect and my vote in the future. I feel like justice was done and was honored to be administered the law by him. Had a glimpse of what functional governmental entity looks like. A rare sight indeed. Keep up the good work.

Worst place for Black defendants ever, from the cops who gave salutation, to the prosecutor via the clerk who perceives fines payment, all racist people: I witnessed in this court, people caught driving purposely with revoked driver license but getting their privileges restored just by paying a simple fine... But for me, I was confused (not in purpose) with their "exit open ahead" sign, in a construction zone by midnight, they forced me to pay the full amount of fine (no chance of payment arrangements), plus 2 points on my CDL

Apparently if you're a man you can stop when the light is green and fly through red lights. I just watched a cop witness both with his eyes but as always because it's a man the law doesn't care. Rules are different and stricter for others of us. Make it make sense, please.

As others have shared the staff was very rude. Didn't want to walk over to the window and got exasperated when I asked questions. They spoke curtly while they refused to answer anything I asked just pointed to the wall. They acted like I should somehow know better than to ask a question about court procedures. No humanity.
