Rick helped us finalize our adoption in June. We are out of state so everything was done virtually via email, texts, and phone calls. He made it super easy and even helped out with an issue we had with accounting for a different aspect of the adoption. He showed genuine care about our boys and asked how they were adjusting to being home with us. He was just about the only enjoyable part of the Ohio aspects of the adoption and we are super grateful to him.

My wife and I were recommended by a family member to use this firm to compose our wills and a trust. We had an initial meeting and Mr. Richard Marco seemed very pleasant. He asked us questions that we would need to answer and summarized the meeting in an email that he sent to us. After the initial consultation we waited for several months to proceed because the cost was higher than what we were figuring. But finally, we told the firm to proceed with the compositions. We waited for well over a month before we received an answer and the response consisted of documents that had incorrect information. We responded with what needed to be corrected and have been waiting 60+ days with no response to our phone calls or emails. However, they certainly have had no issue sending us bills each month for work they have not completed. I am giving this firm two stars for initial friendliness but the follow-up and internal/external communication has been absolutely horrible. While I realize our experience is anecdotal, it is all I have to base any sort of judgement on. The amount of time and lack of response for the requested services has been not only completely unprofessional but also patently nonsensical. From this experience I would NOT recommend this law firm for any related services.

Rude and not helpful at all. I haf a child custody case coming up and he couldn't even provide me even information with the hearing would be like. Atty frequently cut me off mid sentence and was insulting. I Do not recommend. I pay for the consultation and he did not provide me any answers to my questions. In fact he made me leave feeling really bad about myself and my situation.
