Dr. Loni Dickerhoof, Optometrist, and Associates - Medina

I've been coming here since March of 2024. Everyone, from the receptionist to the doctor, is so knowledgeable and great at explaining what is going on, what options I have, and what they need from me. I just ordered my first pair of glasses here and Mariah was great in explaining what my insurance covered, what options I had, if the options were aesthetic or had vision benefits, etc. Can't wait to buy more glasses and continue to receive a super easy annual check up on my vision.

Everyone in this office is warm, friendly and caring. Dr. Loni is very thorough and takes time to listen to your concerns and makes sure to run any necessary tests. I was very pleased with everything about my visit.

To be honest, I was pretty anxious making the appointment for not having any idea how bad my eyes may have been. Between Dr Loni and Miss Anne, all of my nerves were very quickly dismissed. Dr Loni answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand, and Miss Anne was so incredibly helpful as well! She didn't give up until she found my crazy insurance, and she took all the time in the world to help me find my first ever pair of glasses. (Very very much appreciated by the way!) Not only was it a lot of fun looking for a pair that circumvented the high school history teacher and Jeffry Dahmer look, but Anne never once made me feel rushed to make a decision or to move on to the next customer. I will recommend Pearle Vision to anyone who asks from here on out and I cant wait to stop in to grab my new specs and to thank everyone again for being so kind!! 11/10 stars for sure from this guy!
