My parents came to SS&P in 2014 to have wills and a trust set up with Laurie Steiner. Ten years later they updated their paperwork. My husband and I had Jennifer Peck draw up our wills after Laurie retired. Our experience with both has been wonderful. All questions were answered and suggestions made in a clear, concise manner, and the process for both was very thorough. We've recommend SS&P to friends who've asked about our experience and will continue to work with them if any changes become necessary.

Solomon, Steiner and Peck had done estate planning for our family for over a decade. Their staff has always been helpful and prompt with our questions and concerns. I have recommended them to friends and colleagues for years. With the recent passing of a parent everything went smoothly. As with most things, it pays to plan ahead.

Jennifer Peck has been my Estate Attorney for twenty years. She and her office staff do a wonderful job and always address any concerns or questions you may have knowledgeably, professionally, and promptly.

After a request for an appointment on their website a week ago, another one early this week, and two voicemails left since then, I still haven't received any response or acknowledgement they received my inquiry and will reach out. Nobody answers their phone number and clearly nobody checks the voicemail. I'm genuinely baffled at the subpar communication level of attorneys licensed in Ohio- especially at firms like this. This is a systemic failure. Unless you have months to years in advance to plan, good luck finding help in the limited time given to make life-altering decisions. Do not waste your energy, and instead find another law firm- especially if you're limited on time.

I have worked with this firm, including all of the principals, for over 2 decades and they have been responsive, worked to meet deadlines and provided excellent service.
