I usually don't leave comments, but for Elk&Elk I had to because they are amazing. there were there the whole time for me guiding me and basically holding my hand. Very grateful that they recommended especially Attorney John O'Neil. He was amazing. He does not mess around. He works for his clients hard and is very straightforward. Elk & Elk were polite and professional when I reached out about a malpractice case. Unfortunately, they ultimately decided not to take my case. What disappointed me was that it wasn't until I honestly mentioned another firm I had spoken with (who also wasn't a fit for me) that Elk & Elk declined representation. I did follow up to ask if they could provide a referral, but I never received a response. While they were pleasant to deal with, I wish the communication had been clearer and more supportive when they decided not to move forward.
