Wasted my time. He could have just told me over the phone he didn't have to spend that much time going over something so simple. I needed a tenant attorney. I had done all my own research, docs, dates, pics, on my landlord's illegal issues regarding 12 different molds in my home, two different gas leaks, no heat in the winter, water heater constantly going out and of course I had to pay contractors and I have all the bills and all the documentation since I've moved in, and had to pay for my own inspector. Instead of helping us he wanted to talk it over with landlord's attorney. Thanks for nothing. Not at all what I wanted. If this was a negotiation, landlords would have fixed it already! Also, you probably don't want to see yourself in body cam footage - I am NOT a handsome man...
