I trust Mr. Boyd when we hired him back in 2021 seeing as I had never went through this before and I felt he did not advise me honestly. He advised I sign over my children so I wouldn't have to pay child support and save my money and take them back to court for a change of circumstance. He told me something as little as a D on my daughter report card could give me grounds to file (not true). I got 8 hrs of supervised visits every week until my kid turned 18 urs old. Mind you I had a clean hair follicle drug test (though i did make my mistakes). After hiring an out of town attorney a few years later I was told that was the biggest mistake I could have done was agreeing to this. I later found out as we have been deep diving with mt new attorney he had also wrote an email to the other parties attorney and it didnt talk so highly about me even tho he was suppose to representing me. After talking to others about this they have told me Mr. Boyd is good if everyone agrees he doesnt do well when there is arguments about custody ..like what thats the whole point of hiring an attorney. I feel i was robbed and misguided by him and wouldn't recommend to anyone. He is nice when speaking with him though.
