I would like to give a huge shout out to my attorney Ben Felton and to his paralegals Lashaye and Alyssa. All three of them are awesome! I never hired an attorney before and someone in my family suggested this particular law firm. They have never used them before but have heard great things about them, so I took a huge chance and decided to use them right off rip. I must say I DO NOT regret listening to my family member or choosing this law firm. All of my questions and concerns were answered truthfully and honestly. There were times I felt the need to apologize for certain questions due to my fustrations but they assured me my questions were okay to ask. I also was asked a lot of time's of how I've been doing which made me feel like my well being was cared for. LaShaye even wrote in a email saying she would keep me in her prayers and that made my day! Long story short, If this is your first time needing an attorney just know PATIENCE is key! Don't be afraid to ask any questions! frustrations may or may not come during your case but if they do just be RESPECTFUL and know your attorney/paralegals are doing the best they can! one more thing, let your attorney and paralegals know how good of a job they are doing, kindness goes along way!

I had great experience work with the prestigious law firm. They were very professional in handling my case. They always kept me updated with what was going on and provide insight to the laws. I had a case with a big company and they held off any settlement and passed my case to other law firms without permission letting the company bully and harass me. Told me to make a journal I did my case started in 2014 and ended with a totally different law firm in 2020. I was jerked around to find they were siding with the company out of Sidney Ohio. My experience was terrible. I do not recommend workman's comp cases because they let the big companies do to you what they will. They let them violate HIPAA laws, conspire against you, and blacklist family members from ever being hired. I would call about my case only to find it had been transferred to a new law firm and be subjected to new examinations each time even when I moved to another state. After finally, the bullying and work environment became so toxic I had to move. They didn't defend me nor did my union, getting points for sick days on the night a supervisor quit sick days due to my work injury. They did nothing to help me. Just buried my case and passed it along without even sending me a letter or contacting me by phone.

Represented me very well, to the best of their abilities & that is much appreciated. Would like a bit of better communication throughout the process and more in the loop early in the process. But overall, they fought for me to get the BEST possible outcome & educated me in the process. For that I am extremely grateful!

If you are black stay away, they will give you the poorest quality of service known to man. They don't do work, they just try and bargain while cutting deals with the opponent. They toss you around from attorney to attorney, zero communication in four years, only about court dates. Ken Ignozzi is a true pettifogger.
