So, ill start by saying that this place is just a big corporation that just cares about their numbers. ( I shouldn't be surprised) but, anyway I took my dog there for daycamp( lisle illinois location) and it's very clear to me that they will hire anyone that fills out an application regardless of any animal handling training. The person at the pet camp counter just seemed like she was afraid of dogs. She never came up and greeted my dog and when she approached him she was so skiddish that she spooked my dog. My dog was very afraid of her and kept backing away from her and barking. This has never happened anywhere else. ( my dog is a small goldendoodle) very friendly, well trained and only wants to play and will probably lick you to death. Anyway, what's worse is I sent an email and they have never responded. Well my concern is if that is the way they handle your pet in front of you , you have to beg the question how do they handle your pet behind closed doors? And again no response from them.
