At 29 years of age, I found myself in a custody battle for my oldest daughter. I live in Lebanon and shopped around for lawyers. I met with 3 and when I met Dave I decided to go with him. I am glad I did, Dave is a professional who is known in the courts and understands the law. He carried me through trial effortlessly and presented all the information I provided for him flawlessly. If you have a legitimate custody case Dave will seal the deal. His staff is responsive too , and gave me documents and filings as soon as they were available via email. He's a good dude, that is easy to talk to. A family man who seems to have a soft spot for fathers that are trying to do right by their children. 10 stars out of 5.

David handled all my court cases!!!??!? when I believed I would never get my license back. He fixed it pictures are proof. Him and Rhonda both were completely helpful. With every violation he knew the system and navigated through it all to only get me charged for court fees!!! Also to top it all off I only had two points to my license out of seven different courts and I don't know how many charges all I got were 2 points!!!! If you hire him which I recommend not skipping him!!!!! He is highly connected and has great reputation with so many different courts. It's a no brainer.... Just stay patient cause he is working hard to politic his way to get you in the right situation. They will set you up for things like the pictures shows my mess for example. It may possibly be thrown out for you like he did for me. Just because he won't answer your calls or reply right away the results are definitely worth the wait. Hired him to represent me in a frivolous business lawsuit case. He demonstrated poor communication (approx. 30 non-responses for follow up). He also did not demonstrate any urgency with the court regarding my case. Filed a motion without my knowledge. I also had to look up status updates online to see where the case was in the legal system since he was unresponsive. He was very responsive after I replaced him with another lawyer. He also provided very poor legal advice early in my case according to new legal representation. It appears he simply did not want to go to court based on the e-mails. My new lawyer had to redo motions he had filed since they were incomplete and no detail (did not site any case law for our legal position). There was also no bond set in the event the plaintiff was incorrect in this matter. I highly recommend not using this lawyer for any business litigation. I spent double the money I should have on this case. This is a situation where he was in over his head and should have simply referred me to a lawyer better suited for business than just do little and take a significant amount of money.

My husband and I were in need of a legal service so we contacted Rocky Ball, an Attorney at Ernst and Associates. He was very quick to respond to our emails. He also took the time to explain everything in terms we could understand and the steps that were going to be involved. Some of wording on legal documents can be daunting but he answered all of my questions quickly and with clarity. The turnaround time between what we needed and when he delivered it was amazing! All in all, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to refer him.
