Beginning process was quick and pretty easy but wasn't very satisfied with the outcome. Had an account that the balance was about 9k then the company added another almost 7k in interest and they only was able to get in total 3k knocked off. Didn't even get the BS interest knocked off only some. Then once everything was done they rushed me to get paperwork printed, signed and notarized on a weekend calling and messaging at 7am saying it HAD to be back by Monday. So imagine what I had to do to get it done in "time" then get a email stating they will send me everything in the mail after I jumped hoops to get it to them. Over all I'm grateful they saved me some money and got a payment plan arranged but not what one would expect or as good.

I received a letter in the mail and got on a call for a consultation after some back-and-forth text messages. During the consultation, they only talked about the individual case and didn't feel the need or want to consider any of the other cases involved in the matter. They monotonously kept pushing me toward a $400-an-hour consultation with Anthony -- I think he said it at least five times with the words "hourly" each time. I was also told that a consultation for a single lawsuit shouldn't take the other lawsuits into account. Overall, the experience didn't feel very helpful. In a time of need you want to understand that, even if an attorney is not fiduciary, you want it to feel like it would be.

I had a situation which I had no idea what to do about Rodier law had sent me information and I called them back. They handled everything flawlessly and kept their word did what they said they were gonna do. Let me make my decisions and I highly recommend them.

They were not able to get the credit card fraud charges dismissed. They didn't tell me to contact the police and file a report. That could have made a difference. I cannot afford the 20K fraud charges and will have to file bankruptcy. I will lose my good credit rating and my other cards that have no outstanding balance. American Express doesn't care about fraud charges. They want you to pay them even though they made billions that year. Rodier Law Offices Inc. couldn't convince them to wave the charges and I didn't have the money to fight it in court. I'm on a fixed income and retired for health reasons.
