DO NOT use this attorney was very untruthful worked mostly in behalf other party to get case settled took $8000 and a year later did not meet any of the guidelines that was spoke about in my first meeting He allowed other party to postpone documents and did not have all documents at final court date. then on the final court date, he came to court unprepared and proceeded to try to turn in a court document to Madison County, which had scribble marks all over it. The magistrate there sent me a personal letter regarding the attorneys entry and advised me that if it was not fixed, they were going to drop my case fully. Gave me two weeks deadline to get this corrected Bruce. My attorney turned in the correct document two days before the due date. Long story short I spent $8000 and at my final court date. I was told by Bruce that I needed to come to some kind of agreement or it would cost me more money than I had already spent so I had to settle with giving the other party whatever they wanted to finish the case Bruce was not supportive was not helpful slow reaction on emails and I also received family emails that he accidentally CCed me in on. This attorney is past his time and will waste your money till you have to give up the case. Beware of this attorney. I have already contacted the BBB and I have realized I am not the only person out there that has been screwed by this attorney.

Do no use Bruce for an attorney. He is at the end of his reign and he is stealing from clients. I had to dismiss a case he was representing me in because I found out he lied to me about advising my daughters mother, and thus was going to illegally represent me. He also refused to dismiss things in a timely manner, he continuously asked for money at an unfair rate. Then upon finally dismissing, he took $3,000 from me and had the audacity to say I owed him. The ONLY thing that he did for me was respond to about seven emails which were very short, a couple of short phone calls, and then after I got him EVERYTHING that he needed to get the case going, he still sat on it for a few weeks.. and forgot about it briefly, upon reminding, he finally filed, but filed differently than how I'd requested.. I have spoken to several other attorneys and the amount of money Bruce STOLE from me and the unfair things he said, very inappropriate things he said to me, I can't believe that he is still an attorney. I have contacted the Bar and the BBB. He has not seen the last of me. I will make sure I let as many people know as I am capable of that he is a thief and a very VERY unethical "lawyer".

Bruce will not fight for you will work with the other side to get more for himself and had him for to many cases heard him over speaking with the bailiff and said "I just want to get this settled" does not care for the outcome of his client.
