Ched was an outstanding attorney for me during my divorce. He was very kind and patient with helping me through all the hurdles that came up during the process, and always flexible in making time for appointments and answering all my questions. During times in the court house, it was obvious he is very well liked and respected amongst his peers and court personnel. Even the judge praised him. He worked well with my ex husband's lawyer which made the process easier. Divorce is hard and confusing, but Ched knows his stuff and you can trust he will give you the best advice.

Concerns of Conflicts of interest apparently don't matter to him! I have tried multiple times to call the office just to have a conversation to gain peace of mind, even left messages with his receptionist and he never even called me back. He represented me in my divorce, and is now representing a party taking action against my family. Very disappointing.

Had Ched do two custody cases for me just to get on a schedule. Ched would wait until the day of court literally minutes before to tell me we have court or to try and go over the stuff their lawyers were saying. He did not explain anything thoroughly, he would say things that made me feel like he was trying to just be done with the case. The lawyers they had were literally telling ched what he would do. Im still dealing with these cases and they were supposed to be closed in May. Also I had the hardest time getting in contact with him I would text and call and call the office just to get an attitude from the lady at the desk. I would recommend an attorney that will take their time and make sure you get the best representation!!

Mr Peck was hired for my 24yr old son who was facing 8 yrs in prison on two felonies. Mr Peck went above and beyond and got the charges dropped due to Mr Pecks thorough investigation and meeting with us as needed. This is the 2nd time we've worked with Ched and he goes above and beyond each time. Super great gentleman and has an awesome staff who helped us with several questions about court hearings. We always felt comfort in knowing Mr Peck worked behind the scenes and had it under control. Mr Peck is a great family man who treats you just like family. I recommend Mr Peck
