I want to let everyone know your Law Firm is top notch. The person I believe deserves all the credit is Jennifer Hover, such a sweetheart to talk with, so knowledgeable about everything to do with my case. It's almost like meeting a person you like, then over the next 2 years she becomes your friend. She is definitely very good at her job, probably one of the best Paralegals out there, she is compassionate, always in good spirits, always making me feel good about things after talking with her, so smart, she just always had a legitimate answer to any question I asked her and I asked her many questions over the last 2 years. I probably bugged her about 50 times during that time and never did she seem annoyed with me calling so much , in fact, she would still always say if you have any other questions don't hesitate to call back. Jennifer Hover is one paralegal that McKenzie ans Snyder can not do without , I am sure she is much of the reason this law firm has done so well, not to discredit anyone, I am sure they are all good at what they do but with Jennifer it just seems like she was always going above and beyond the call of duty, always making sure I felt comfortable the whole way through, all the way to now accepting an offer from the opposing side. McKenzie and Snyder won my case, and I give all the credit to Jennifer Hover. She seemed to work the hardest for me, she is the one who had to make all the calls, and my medical history is a mess and a very long and complicated file. That history along with all the medical treatment I had done since my accident, all had to be gone through and figured out, and Jennifer is the one that handled all that documentation and checking with each medical provider that did anything to or for me. She is just an Awesome person who obviously enjoys her work and excells in every aspect of her job. Hopefully McKenzie and Snyder compensate her very well for all her hard work. I feel Jennifer Hover deserves a Mega-Award for her dedication to the firm. At the very least, give this beautiful, kind, hard- working , dedicated employee a Mega- Raise please, she deserves it!!!! Do yourself a favor and call McKenzie and Snyder if you ever have the unfortunate need for a law firm. They are great!!

I just wanted to say thank you to Ms. Jennifer at McKenzie & Snyder! My mom and I were in my first car accident when she was driving me home from basketball practice, and Ms. Jennifer helped us so much. She made sure my mom got a chiropractor and always checked to see if we were okay. It's been a year since our accident, and she still remembers us both by name, not just by our case, which is cool to me. At first, my mom was really stressed out but Ms. Jennifer completely turned that around and made us feel important. She even helped us get the money back that was owed to us from the people who hit us. My mom used it for the basketball training I missed when our car was in the car shop which is something I'm grateful for. She is super nice and work really hard. Even though I'm only 13, I really appreciate everything she did for me and my mom. If you ever need help, definitely ask for Ms. Jennifer Hover she's the best paralegal ever! Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for my son & I. Our case was a bit of a longer case with so many moving parts and Jennifer helped navigate us through every step. My wife and I were in an auto accident recently where someone turned in front of us on 747 & 129. Our car was totaled and we were both injured in the accident.
