Elk & Elk Associates

This is just an all around joke of a law firm has had my case for 3 years I've talked to them a handful of times I have not talked to them to date within the last year could not update anything on my case because it wasn't an appeal status got in a denial for the third time two with this lawyer one with another lawyer and then they said when I called because it got my decision back that they sent me a letter over a month ago saying they were closing out but never told me why and then the next step was we were supposed to be going to federal court And now they just simply said you can find another representative this law firm has been a joke since day one is a joke I don't recommend anyone getting this law firm for any type of issues they have save your money save your time save your grace because they will ruin it this was all around a joke to them like when they gave me my second denial the lady was laughing about it as she told me about it like what's funny because it's not your life what's funny like this law firm has been an awful experience and I just hope nobody else hires them and has the same experience I do because it truly has been an awful one.

John and Kirstin were amazing. They were very easy to work with and contact. They were friendly and got the job done. We would definitely recommend them. We had an accident and the other party was refusing to pay anything and the statute of limitations was nearing.....I think that was their strategy.....but this firm took the case and they had to pay! I was truly pleased regarding my recent interaction with Elk & Elk's staff. In a nutshell, I had called to receive information. The very kind woman who assisted me not only took the time to listen to my concerns (in great detail), but she went above and beyond in terms of explaining the entire process and how my specific situation fit into the current legal system. She at no time made me feel money hungry or litigious. To the contrary, she simply explained my options and even gave me future advice related to my incident. All I can say is that if they were like this and weren't even able to take me on as a client, I can only imagine the sincere dedication and attention they would be able to offer should I ever need their services again!
