Terrible experience with Zach Moyer. He made a stressful situation even more stressful. Did not do one thing he said he would do.

I've been having my taxes done here for years. Very efficient, reasonably priced, and never any issues. Peter Riddell was my mother's attorney for decades, and I've also used his services. I have always been treated well and respectfully. The paralegal, Janelle, is very nice, too.

Allen B Aimar, and Pete Riddell were very nice to my family and I Allen took care of my case,and actually took the time to get to know me and my family, as well as my case... I felt very comfortable from the very first consultation up to the court dates. I was always kept up to speed with all of my court information, and if I had any questions or concerns and a lawyer was not present there was always someone that could assist me... I think that Allen is a wonderful Lawyer and did an amazing job getting to know every detail of my case I would recommend this Law firm to anyone I know...

Last August (21st) we (my spouse and I) put down $600.00 total as a retainer with Allen Aimar after a quick (unscheduled) meeting with him. Later, in October, I received an email of a draft of an agreement. The draft contained incorrect information (including incorrectly naming our only son - not misspelling, but a completely different name AND DOB). The draft suggested a plan that was completely opposite from what we had agreed to in person! Worried, I immediately replied to the email pointing out the discrepancies and stated I felt concern for what was in my best interest. I'd didn't hear back. I sent another email asking for a reply and heard nothing. A few weeks of hearing nothing, I then called him on his cell where I got him in person and explained the issues and asked for a return of $500.00 of our retainer as we were going to go with a different attorney. He replied that he would return our deposit and that I was a "terrible person"! All of this after literally spending less than two hours with me, including our initial consultation. I was shocked by his judgment and assault on my character. Two weeks later, I called the office and spoke to the front desk assistant letting her know Allen communicated he would return our money. She said she would need to get approval from him and that she would speak to him. We still have never received a corrected agreement NOR our returned money and it's now SIX MONTHS LATER. Who's the "terrible person"? I'm a struggling mom who takes care of our Autistic son 24/7...It took me two weeks worth of saving to earn that kind of money. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this law firm.

One of the worst experiences of my entire life. No exaggeration. Super stressful for no reason other than neglect. This agency outright ignored my fathers estate for months on end and took 3 years to close out the estate even though the estate auction happened 1.5 years after his death. Their neglect resulted in multiple parties threatening to sue me and my fathers estate. When I tried to discuss these threats with this agency and they would ignore my calls. I resorted to calling them using others phones and they would pick up. Extremely disrespectful. Cannot say enough bad things about their unethical business practices and lack of care. Please go elsewhere for counsel.
