Does not return calls check emails or voice-mails. Will not let you know any updates or changes at all. He may email you two days before court date after first one is rescheduled and you didn't know anything about it. Will mess up paperwork after you give him all the correct information. I got more info calling juvenile court than what this attorney gave me. ZERO STARS 0!!!!! DO NOT USE FOR FAMILY COURT CUSTODY OR VISITATION ORDERS.

Didn't have any backbone to represent me. I hired him after I fired my Public defender. Which my public defender got me a better deal then he did. He told the prosecutor numerous times during my plea he didn't care and it didn't matter to him. I had to get myself a better deal directly with the prosecutor. Im the type that learns the hard way. Everyone told me not to go with him, but I liked he was cheap and I was a little desperate. He was a waste of money and I wish I would of listened to the several people that had bad things to say about how he represented them. He's more interested in being everyone's friend in the court house then being your attorney

I retained Kelton back in 2019 for $1000.00 for a simple child custody/child support case. It Should of only taken 2 months, like it did the first time around when I didn't have an attorney. He had to redo the paperwork because he filled it out wrong and blamed it on myself for giving him the wrong information, which came strictly from the child support agency, he also then blamed it on the agency. Then had the case closed with the wrong paperwork.Two years later I'm not any further along than I was then. It was just a simple child support case where both parties agreed to everything. Every time I would call him he either wouldn't answer, and I couldn't leave a message because it was full, not that he would call back, or he said call me back at the end of the week and I'll find out, never would answer. Called again a few times and when he would answer he would blame it on the other attorney which he would never contact! This went on for two years. So now I am down $1000 and have to find a new attorney for a very simple case. He then told me to come pick up my file and hung up on the last call. I had my husband go pick it up because he was nasty on the phone and didn't feel safe going by myself, he didn't have it ready and called the cops on my husband. When the cops got there they were able to get the file for me. Thank you to the officer who responded. Please ask around before hiring an attorney online. If you are able to ask for references please do! Im not sure if that is possible.

Do not hire this guy!!!! Try to have him represent me in a case against a high place of business here in town won't name the name. He told me that I had no merit or keys and told me to drop it period. Comes to find out I have and still have a case he was in the pocket of said business under a shady dealings this guy needs to have not only himself to looked at but some cases under his rein. Awful Attorney you need to read all the times he stole money from the public. He needs Disbarred There a latest picture of him charged with Aggravated menacing back in September 2022 You really can't sue people over public information I guess
