Have been ghosted twice over the past couple years. Always say they will be call me back but never do, even after I call back to follow up. Unfortunate, seems most people have great service from them. I've had some odd problems not child support or car accident related stuff. But would be nice to just be told no we don't do that instead of saying "we will call you back" and never do.
