She said she would come to the house for notarization, for a pre-paid fee. She told me to have a non related witness present, which we did (that person took off work to be there). We also had an additional family member present, in case they were needed. We made an appointment and she did not show up or call. When I called her, she said she had conflicting appointments, but would send someone in her place, she was sorry she had forgotten. That person she sent did not show up or call either. That is the reason for my rating on this review.
