I obtained the services of Jenifer Berki-Merrill a little over 2 years ago for Family Law Services in an effort to help me with a modification with child support and visitation and I was so grateful that I reached out to her!! Jenifer always was there over the 2 years with the other side constantly trying to stretch out the process but she never never wavered from the utmost respect towards me the facts of the law and the continuous support over that long. Period.. I found so much respect for her as time went on and she was always there for every question or every issue I had. Jenifer went above and beyond with the respect she showed me and empathy especially since they were constantly trying to make it hard on me and I'm sure she was very busy as well but she never made me feel like I was a burden to her as a client. I can't express how extremely grateful, satisfied with her as my attorney with an amazing work ethic as an attorney but also a very professional but compassionate person as well. I would highly recommend her for any kind of Family Law or other legal assistance, you would be beyond satisfied with her ethical conduct and knowledge and her willingness to stand by you through your court case as long as it takes. Best decision and extremely grateful for all of her hard work and commitment to me.

Douglas and the rest of his team and firm all across the board were extremely helpful. They got the job done in a timely matter and exceeded expectations. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely useless. I hired them for gun restoration and I NEVER heard from them. If I wanted an update I had to call them. The staff isn't the friendliest and Douglas' one assistant was down right rude! After almost a year of this going on I finally get a court date, I go to court only to find out that my hearing was canceled and no one called to let me know!! I wasted $13 parking. My disability is federal so there's nothing they can do. You cannot own a gun in any state if there is a federal disability although his office tried to make it seem like you could if you have certain documents. Any gun store does a federal background check so it doesn't matter what papers you have from Ohio, you still cannot own a gun legally. Very disappointed, wasted money on these guys. Find out if your conviction is federal or state before you hire a lawyer who takes you and your money for a ride.

The day you need to hire a lawyer is not a great feeling. I asked friends for advice and I was directed to call Douglas Merrill for help. Doug was extremely helpful and kept expectations realistic. His prices were reasonable, especially considering he had to travel an hour to the my courthouse. I wouldn't hesitate a second to call him if, heaven forbid, I'm looking for counsel again.
