I had the pleasure of working with Michael Davis at Aronson, Fineman & Davis Co., LPA over the past two years as he handled my biological father's probate case.
From start to finish, Michael was incredibly responsive, empathetic, and fair. He took the time to explain each step of the process and went above and beyond to make sure all parties involved were cared for and treated with respect.
Navigating probate can be stressful and emotional, but Michael's professionalism and compassion made a difficult time much easier. I truly cannot recommend him more highly.

Back in 1999 I went to see Fineman after getting slammed by a motorist when I was turning into a McDonalds (while I had clearance) and the driver came flying up over the hill and hit me head on. I told Fineman I had the right of way and he
said in Pennsylvania (where the accident occurred) that is not the rule.
He then said "you haven't passed your bar exam yet." What an idiot! I wasn't trying to act in an attorney role! I was only flashing him some common sense! I then consulted a Weirton attorney who
told me he could try to fight it but it would cost him too much because
he said he would have to pay to reconstruct the car. So, then, it could
actually have been a court case. I don't even want to know why Fineman told me what he told me; I'm sure it would be a waste of my time to hear it. I will say this: on researching Pa. regulations for drivers in oncoming lanes, it is their obligation to slow down for turning motorists if the oncoming driver is not visible at the initiation of the turn. And of course...what other way would it be? It is a matter of common sense! So, now, I will repeat an earlier statement--I don't know why Fineman told me what he told me and I don't want to know. I do not recommend him!
