She's very kind and quite welcoming. Each time I call the Firm Deborah answers with a caring tone in her voice. Secondly, Becky is so sweet, she knows her stuff, and greets me with a smile through her voice. Becky has excellent listening skills. For example, I don't feel rushed when we're talking on the phone.
