Worst experience ever. not only was Kristie rude and refused to respond to any of my calls or emails. She didn't do any research/investigating. She billed me for communicating with my family but didn't call a single one of them. She called and billed me for calling the base we live by that has nothing to do with my ex husband and children. She didn't look at any of my evidence and she falsely accused me of multiple things. Her job was so awful that our whole entire case had to be thrown out and restarted so not only have I been fighting my abuser for over a year now. I have to restart the whole entire case. Very unprofessional. whenever, I had questions I was ignored or given rude responses and she showed up to my court hearings in short dresses and sandals like she rolled out of bed not long ago. I am super disappointed in my experience and will never recommend the vannoy firm. The firms response to my complaint here is that I'm not a client. Yet I have bill request and have paid their firm atleast $1800 for Kristie's services I will happily be contacting the firm for a full refund if I wasn't a client there.

Contracted VanNoy Law Firm, explained she had 30 felony counts and a probation violation and that we wanted her out of jail immediately, he said he could make that happen so we retained him. Anthony had her out of jail in a couple of days and had Montgomery County resolved in the same time frame. Also had the Greene County ankle monitor removed allowing her to return to Texas until trial. Anthony negotiated a plea deal to pay court cost and restitution with no probation. Considering she had 30 felony counts and a probation violation this is an amazing result. During the sentencing the Judge complimented Anthony that "he did an exceptional job representing his client" I agree with the judge that the outcome could not have been any better.

I thank God for the VanNoy firm & every associate that we've dealt with over the years.
