I was referred to Jennifer through another Lawyer and family member. she was so amazing through the whole process of my case. she was thorough, she made me feel like she listen to me, she made me and my family feel a lot better about our situation every time we talk to her, she made a situation that was going terribly wrong into something that everyone could agree on at least from my side. Jennifer Getty doesn't care about the child at all. I'm the child that she was suppose to protect. She was suppose to be my lawyer and protect me but she did the opposite. Instead of keeping my best interest in mind. She went where the money was and put me in the hands of the abuser. I told her so many times that I was being abused and that I need to get out of this house. She never listened to me or advocated for me at all. If she is on your case then I'm truly sorry. She will not protect your kid at all. She will go where the money is and will only traumatize your kid.

If I could give her 0 stars I would. She shouldn't be practicing. She goes where the money is and who paid her. She was terrible. She meet with me for maybe 20-30 minutes and only cared if I owned my home, how much it cost, how much money I made, and my job title. She had no interest in me as a mother. Now my child is living with a herion addict uncle and a pill popping and pot smoking grandmother. All because they have hand me down money. I am suing and filing many complaints. The injustice needs to stop and they need to start doing what's in the child best interest.
