I found Mr. Fitch after coming across one of his blogs on how to terminate the attorney-client relationship. I had started my case with a certain Hamilton, Ohio law firm, and in the two years I employed them, I only heard from the attorney once, and that was the day he called to tell me about the settlement offer they received. The attorney didn't even bother to call me to ask about my current injury status or my thoughts on settling before negotiating. The difference between the Hamilton County firm and Mr. Fitch's firm was night and day. From the intake call to settlement, Mr. Fitch and his staff were caring, communicative, and attentive. Everyone I spoke with expressed genuine concern for my well-being. His paralegal, Ambar, was so pleasant to speak with and made sure I always knew the status of my case and what the team was working on. Mr. Fitch went above and beyond in upholding his duty to fight zealously for my case and negotiate the best settlement possible. His team negotiated down my medical fees and subrogation claims, including the lien my former firm placed on my settlement. He even reduced his fees so that I would only have to pay the standard one-third of the settlement amount. I cannot recommend Mr. Fitch highly enough, and I would definitely use his firm in the future should any additional legal assistance needs arise.
