If you use this law firm and have a serious case, I would avoid using Catherine Breault. Maybe John Paul Rion or one of the other senior attorneys would be a better choice. I hired this law firm per recommendation from a trusted friend. Catherine was assigned to my case, and it was the worst choice I've ever made in life. I read the reviews and am baffled by her favorable comments. I was 60 years old at the time, 18+ years as an IT professional, and a military veteran with no criminal record. So this was my first experience with the legal system. Looking back, I never felt she was willing to fight even though she spoke a good game. I realize now that she was more interested in making a plea deal than going to trial. In subsequent meetings, after paying their fee in full upfront (I'm embarrassed to say how much that was), her tone was more so blaming me for my situation vs. showing me she was 100% behind me. I know several other attorneys and law-enforcement officers. They ALL stated that, though I put myself in a bad situation, this was likely a winnable case. Regardless of the evidence presented by the prosecution. Catherine was simply unwilling to go to bat for me and make the prosecutor prove his case. Early on, I was convinced by Catherine to use an expert witness. She also asked me to write a statement to be included. Upon entering this witness as part of my case, the prosecutor immediately challenged and a Daubert hearing scheduled. It was revealed during the hearing that this expert witness had no formal certifications. The judge ruled that the witness testimony could only be very limited. In fact, so severely restricted that it would in no way help my case. However, myself incriminating statement WAS admissible. I immediately demanded a meeting with Catherine and John Paul Rion who defended her actions. Maybe I should not have been so surprised by that. But needless to say I was extremely, extremely, disappointed. In that moment, I knew in my gut this was not going to turn out good for me. After firing Catherine, my next attorney was baffled by her actions. He told me the damage was already done and there wasn't much he could do because of my statement. In case you're wondering the results, I was just released after serving 2 1/2 years of a three-year prison sentence. Oh yeah, after just maybe a month and a half to two months of work, do you think I got any of that money back? The answer is not a penny. This was a life-changing experience for me in a lot of ways. Stupid me for not knowing more about the legal system and putting all my trust in an attorney who did not have my best interest at hand. Very insincere, thank you to Rion, Rion, and Rion.

I had the privilege of working with Catherine Jackson, and I can confidently say she is an exceptional attorney. Catherine handled multiple cases for me simultaneously and delivered outstanding results across the board. I couldn't have made a better choice in law firms. Attorney Anderson and his staff, especially Paralegal Cecilia, are very professional, hard working and caring people! I went to 2 lawyers before contacting John Rion's office, none of the other lawyers were willing or able to do the work to find the warrant that came up in a background check. Not only did Attorney Anderson and his staff find it, the warrant was removed and they worked with me to make sure I was given court dates that were better for me because I'm a caregiver for a family member 500 miles from Ohio. They made sure all of my paperwork was complete and accurate, informing me on every aspect of my case and they walked with me through the process. I was given A LOT of time to speak to the attorney and everything was explained, simple and plain. What I really appreciated is the willingness Attorney Anderson had to fight for me! A great attorney will find a way for his client and that is exactly what happened. I had a clean record for almost 30 years, not even a traffic ticket but wasn't treated that way by the other side. Like Michael Jordan stealing the ball from Karl Malone and hitting the game winning shot, the end result they got me was a dismissal of the charges.

First off, I would like to thank Rion, Rion & Rion for taking on my case which was extremely difficult and lengthy, to say the least. With that being said, the one person in particular at Rion, Rion & Rion that I have the most respect, gratitude, and appreciation for is Catherine Jackson. Her hard-work, dedication, and passion for the job she had at hand with my case, was beyond words. She got my life back, believed in me and believed in the work she was doing, although it was a long and difficult process, her efforts showed the whole time. I could never thank her enough for what she has done for me. Catherine's positive outlook and the way she treated me as a client really helped me throughout this lengthy process. I do not think there is anyone else out there who really cares about getting her clients, and the best outcome as much as she does. The passion Catherine has for her work will forever be something I am extremely thankful for. All I can say to Catherine is thank you, you changed my life for the better and there are no words for how grateful I am that you were willing to help me when I thought my life was over. I'm not going to go into details, but they helped me tremendously with a case in 2022. I think I got the best outcome possible. I even fired another lawyer to hire John Paul Rion. They were sometimes hard to get ahold of (it was a year-long case). With that being said, I think I called more than I should have because we were waiting on the actual charge. But when I got charged, not only did they answer my calls every time or follow up the same day, they were ready for everything that happened and gave me the best possible outcome. Small or big case, I'll use John Paul Rion for everything.i couldn't recommend enough 10/10.
