Do not use this lawyer. He doesn't care about you or what your offense could do to your life, he's simply there to get you in and out of the system as fast as possible so he can move on to his next client.
He was assigned to me by Wright State as my legal defense when I was a student there. I was being charged with domestic violence after I had called the police upon being assaulted by my half uncle in my home. It was my word against his on who had instigated the attack and who had acted in self defense.
Michael suggested I enter into a plea deal rather than go to court despite the fact that I had no prior criminal record and my half uncle had been convicted of violent crimes in the past. He used scare tactics by telling me that if convicted I would be expelled from my university and with only four months until I graduated that really spooked me. I had no prior experience with legal matters and I was relying entirely on his expertise.
I've since spoken to a couple of other attorneys and the chances of me being convicted given our prior records and the circumstances of the assault are slim to none. I now have a disorderly conduct on my record that has cost me at least two jobs that I know of as well as numerous other inconveniences. Just last year I was turned down for an apartment because of my record.
When you look for a lawyer you want professional service and knowledge but you also want empathy and to know that he has your best interest at heart. With Michael, that simply isn't the case.

Once he locked me in as a client he kept raising the price of services. It started at $5k & ended up having to pay an extra $2k+. Also when I was sitting in the courtroom next to him, getting ready to gonin front of the judge. He was scrolling through his phone looking for a new vehicle to purchase.
