I found myself in a scenario that I have never been in before. I called the police to help me change a tire when I was stuck on the side of the road over an hour away from home, and after the officer changed my tire we discovered that my spare tire was flat. We went to the officers cruiser and found the nearest gas station and the plan was for him to follow me. The officer out of nowhere accused me of being intoxicated (after being in his presence and changing a tire with him) for over an hour. And again, I called the police myself for help. He then arrests me and charges me with a physical control because he never actually saw me driving. Once he got me to the station to blow, I blew under the limit, and he still charged me. Being that I have never been in trouble before I was a complete mess. Mr. Kane talked to me multiple times and comforted me through the whole thing before I even had to hire him! Luckily it all got dismissed before having to hire a lawyer but I highly recommend him! Again, it's not too often you find a lawyer who takes time out of their day just to comfort you before you have even paid them! To anyone in this area if you need an attorney for this type of service, this would be who I would recommend 100%!!!!
