I would never recommend using this attorney in a divorce case. I paid 5k up front and never received any itemized bill for work done on my case. I never received any of the items I was awarded in the case either, due to signing the documents before they were given to me. I was told he has to comply and give you those items. Don't worry you'll get your items. Now if I want to pursue getting those items I have to go back to court and pay more attorney fees. He never listened to me and everything that I knew my ex would do came true, screwed all around. What a waste of time and money! Never answered any of my emails about an itemized bill either, I asked for months. I'd say RUN plenty of other attorneys in Dayton that can handle a divorce better than Mr. Combs.

I have used him for a few different things and each time he is great , he's willing to talk to you anytime and any concerns you have he will make sure you understand and he won't cost u a arm and a leg and charge u for every single thing like the other lawyers do choose him

Gardner Combs is a great lawyer he has won both cases for me he's been my lawyer for 25 years and he's greatHighly recommend him
