I cannot possible say enough good things about this firm. Tim Mahler, Erin Morrow, and Amber Hawkins were all professional, dedicated, compassionate and top notch in the handling of my very complicated medical malpractice case. Thankfully we were able to settle out of court for a substantial amount in less than 7 months. This group did everything they could to take the stress off of me and my family while I was battling cancer. Updates were frequent and thorough and questions were answered promptly. In spite of sending clear documentation that I had the right of way at an intersection when hit by a driver with State Farm insurance and mustering all the patience I could when speaking to the State Farm claims specialist, the company refused to take full responsibility for the cost of my repairs and rental cars. Rather than give up and pay $1500 out of pocket, I engaged Mike Rourke and his team including Marla and Amber. It took filing a court case against the driver to rattle their cage. A new claims specialist promptly, and apologetically, agreed that they had 100% responsibility, and we dropped the case. I would not have known how to proceed without the help of this team. They all had a hand in achieving the resolution, quickly, professionally, and with no loose ends. I'm indeed grateful.
