Plevin & Gallucci

They did get me results.. I will note, any payment you receive they will claim 33.3% .. apparently it is standard practice by all workers comp attorneys, doesn't mean it isn't predatory. The entire system is flawed that you even need an attorney when you are injured. Plevin & Gallucci aren't at fault for how flawed the system is. I would suggest that you fight it on your own, do your own research and beat the system. I normally didn't have the same attorney twice that showed up to the few of the hearings I had. At no point was I ever treated like a human being during this entire process. Workers Compensation as a whole needs overhauled, the system is broken. --- Edit I did speak with an attorney Shawn (possibly Sean sp?) on the phone, again my complaints aren't with Plevin and Gallucci as a whole, but the system as a whole and the fact that you need representation when you are legitimately injured. The system is broken and needs overhauled.

I'm a proud client of Matt Copp. Plevin & Galucci atty at law is on top of their business. They fought for me every step of the way. They continue to help me. It was a very long road with court hearings, Dr visits, etc. There were different attys. by my side but as soon as Matt came in the picture he was like a trail blazer. Matt spoke with me about my case and helped me understand when I didn't know what to expect or understand. He also never made me feel as if I was a bother. Which is very important to a client. May 2025- Attorney Shawn Wollam successfully litigated a Worker's Compensation settlement on my behalf. He is fair minded, and responds promptly to emails and calls. Plevins and Gallucci have a number of hard working support staff who also respond promptly. I especially appreciate that she was available by phone easily, as I often needed help understanding the legal process. She has an encouraging demeanor.

Refussed to fight for me. Scarred to fight sedgwick. Passed me around to multiple attorneys, refussed to let the judge know that sedgwick told my doctors to no longer send me for tests, treatments plus that they refuse to pay for anything else. This neglect and intimadation from sedgwick and my attorneys has caused my injury to be debilatating. After i was forced to end my case i went to a new doctor or mri'ed my injuies which i needed surgery , during the surgery my new doctor was dumbfounded over my injuries that was neglected by the system that was ment to help injured workers. Thease great attorneys go me enough money to by my own personal medical devices. 2 braceses, wraps, ice packs, eqipment to help my injury. I have suffered over 12 years and now for the rest of my life. I am a visual walker do to poor vision. Due to my disabilty and the neglect of sedgwick and my attorneys i became a faller. Thousands of falls tons of er visits. Tons of injuries. Thanks to money hungry people who are protected by law. Who is out here to protect me? Protect us. They had me sign a non discloser agreement. This agreement is to protect their neglect of their duties to fight for my/ our rights.
