I have found Attorney Mike Christensen and his staff to be respectful to all of my patients 100% of the time. No exceptions. They are also phenomenal when it comes to settling cases in a timely manner which, if you weren't aware, is a big deal since personal injury cases are very stressful on people in a number of ways. I know that my reputation is also on the line where my patients are concerned and I feel very comfortable knowing they'll be treated like family when he's in charge of their case. Also, it's important for patients to speak to their attorney in a moment's notice and Attorney Mike and his staff have always been there when needed. This helps, tremendously. very highly recommended. These are good people.

At the start of the year, I was involved in my very first accident. I had recently moved from MD to here in OH so not only was I out of a vehicle, but I had no clue who I could take this to. I explained my case to some lawyers and didn't get a good impression from them at all. At this point I was extremely frustrated. By the Grace of God, I was recommended to Alex and he was on it immediately. Any question or concern I had, he answered throughly. I couldn't have went to anyone better. If your looking for a lawyer, Alex is your guy!

They actually care about your individual case. They definitely care about you. I would recommend Michael to anyone and everyone. This is the man to call if you want things done right! I cannot thank them enough

If I could give 0 stars I would! Would only recommend to people to never use this firm. Almost never received calls from them, had to call everytime myself and most times didn't get to talk to person that was currently handling my case. It took forever for them to collect my bills once my treatment was completed. They have NO LITIGATION team so they will never take any case to court. When I told them I wanted more money they did everything to talk me out of it. I finally fired them and have a good law firm now taking care of my case because they believe I will get more money so they took my case. The difference is night and day! Cannot say how happy I am that I fired them and now have a real legal team handling my case! DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!!

I had a car accident in June of 2017, the other guy hit us. Car was totaled with air bags exploded. Me and my mom was in the car. At first our chiropractor recommended him to us. We had to be treated for over a month. We meet Mike Christensen only one time, at the initial meeting to sign into a contract with them. There is no way of getting into contact with him directly. I've emailed them medical bills and questions, but they never reply or even opened them. I've called them, initially someone from their office picks up then 1 of 2 things will happen. One, they would transfer you, and most of the time it will go straight into voice mail. And would never return your calls even if you leave a voice mail. Or, the person on the line will say "i'm helping on this case" and ask you questions as if its their first time opening your file. They blames everything on the insurance companies, don't keep up with your files or case (every time you call they are just now looking over your case and getting to the next steps), and continuously passes your case from one "lawyer" to the next in the office (you will have different "lawyers" "working on your case" each time you call, whom all have no idea about the case. I've had so many different people working on my case now. It's been 15 months now, and only now they say they are preparing to start negotiation. They apparently send the initial statement to the insurance company back in November. They haven't heard back at all. We called in march, saying the insurance company are still asking for bill information and need to wait till they get all the medical bills, and that the case will close in may. So may comes, we call and they said "they're asking for even more medical bills, but don't worry negation will start next week and we'll give you a call". Next week comes no call. Next month comes, no call. Literally its September now, I called them today saying they'll email me some information. And I haven't received any email. DO NOT HIRE MICHAEL CHRISTENSEN OR HIS LAW OFFICE FOR ANY CASE. The people who work for him in his offices are not professional, do not work hard at closing your case and getting you any money, does not keep good communication
