It's been over a year since my accident, and 9 months since I was finished with treatment. Terrible communication-- they dont provide updates. You have to call and ask them what's going on to which they provide the same "update" from the previous month, an apology then promise to "update" you and communicate more often... which they dont. At this rate I'm not sure whether to ride it out with them or hire a separate firm altogether to finish my case. Sad, because I see most people's experience is much better than this... which is why I chose them in the first place. It must depend on how much your case is worth and what type of insurance you have as to how quickly they work for you...

Communication was good and everything was going well, until then teams manager decided to drop my case. Before this the medical contact would call me and see how my treatment was going and how I was feeling. I wouldn't have been so angry and given them such a low rating if I was informed of their decision personally but I had to hear it from my health provider that they weren't representing me anymore. They had sent them a letter explaining this to them. Still haven't received a formal letter personally from them and I had to call them to get a response as to why. Not sure if it is worth contacting if you're outside of the state of Texas. I partially to blame as I should have done more research.

Horrible communication . At first they act like they care.My son was attacked by a dog while riding his bike.got his leg ripped open.Pretty open and shut case for any law firm.had all the hospital records, they just send me a generic email saying that they withdraw from the case and they suggest that I hire another attorney.duh.. should have hired a decent attorney in the first place.Don't waste your time hire a real attorney that actually cares.absolute waste of our families time.They didn't even call me to explain their failure just the email. I call them they put me on hold and I gotta hear their recording of how much they care and are willing to fight for you. That's laughable.notice on all their reviews that they like and comment the 5 star reviews but don't have anything to say on their failures.

Ms Persia Pourabbas at McComick Law Firm and Team were compassionate, provided excellent service to me. They went far and beyond to take over my case. They worked on it deli-gently through the process of getting this case resolved. Thank you for all you have done for me.

I got into a bad car accident and my partner and I were badly hurt. They helped us get through such a hard time. Very good law firm.
